By Signing up and submitting your registration and profile in this NEAIMS portal, I consent that my personal data which is applicable as a Job Seeker/Employer/Private Employment Agency may be used for the purpose of career advice and job placement which includes the following:
1.The storage of my personal data in the National Employment Authority Integrated Management System (NEAIMS).
2.The storage of my personal profile in NEAIMS.
3.Receiving and processing of employer data by Staff of NEA.
4.Contacting the employer via telephone or e-mail regarding job opportunities, surveys as well as arranging job interviews and asking further questions where applicable by NEA.
5.Provision of information regarding the status and outcome of applications received from Kenyan Job Seekers/Interns.
6.Use of data as a basis for internal statistics or internal controlling (e.g. number of positions declared/filled, employee redundancies/layoffs, Employee Qualifications and Skills among others).
7.Share of data with other relevant government Agencies for statistical analysis and statutory use.
Consent to the above terms means that:
i.You will be able to Sign up, log in and update your organization details in the system,
ii.You will be able advertise job opportunities available in your organization free of charge,
iii.You will be able to view the list of applicants.
iv.You will be able to carry out short listing of candidates from the list of applicants,
v.You will be able to appoint candidates who pass the interview,
vi.You will be able to update your Employee’s list in the system,
vii.You will be able to file your Annual Employee Returns.
